If appropriate we will then consult representative groups of your staff, again discussing wants, needs and aspirations and – importantly – securing their buy-in.
After a process of review and analysis, we use our expertise and network to create a package specific to the needs of your company and its employees. This is developed and implemented to provide best value and the highest return on investment.
Your scheme is then implemented, together with any tools and training necessary for its administration in-house. All communication is undertaken by us in your company look and feel to include written and verbal formats together with one-to-one ‘surgeries’ where employees can discuss their needs directly with one of our consultants. We then manage it on an ongoing basis, taking any unnecessary and time-consuming tasks off your hands. An essential part of this ongoing process is to ensure that your employees continue to appreciate and value the contribution made by the company, and you continue to benefit from the scheme’s real added value.
